FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a multifunctional motor gasoline additive based on Mannich bases, obtained by reacting alkyl derivatives of hydroxyaromatic compounds, polyoxymethylene - paraform and compounds which contain an amine group. The alkyl derivatives used are alkylphenols of molecular weight 320-370. The compounds which contain an amine group are polyethylene polyamines of formula: NH2(CH2CH2NH)nH, where n=6-7.
EFFECT: endowing gasoline with detergent, antioxidant, anti-icing and other properties, as well as improved environmental characteristics.
