FIELD: radar equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar equipment, namely to methods of multi-position radar location. Result is ensured by the fact that the types of aerial objects are recognized by the primary radar as part of the spaced apart equipment, information on types of air targets is transmitted to information processing point, also to information processing point from each spaced apart position information on functional diagnostics is transmitted, from the information processing point to each spaced apart position commands are sent to control their operation modes, control over operating modes of spaced apart positions and control of their functional diagnostics is carried out remotely and centrally at information processing point, wherein the operating modes of each of the spaced apart positions are optimized separately for each of the positions taking into account the combined processing of information obtained from the spaced apart equipment.
EFFECT: high efficiency of detecting aerial objects and low probability of detecting false routes due to high information content of multi-position radar in terms of identifying aerial targets.
