Invention discloses a polynucleotide having promoter activity, an expression transcription cassette, a recombinant expression vector and a recombinant host cell, as well as a method for increasing expression of a target gene and a method for producing amino acids. Polynucleotide having promoter activity is a mutant polynucleotide having a sequence presented in SEQ ID NO: 9.
EFFECT: promoter activity of the mutant is significantly increased, thereby promoting stable and effective expression of the target gene while maintaining stability of the genome.
