SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a microorganism producing L-lysine related to genus Corynebacterium, which has high expression of polynucleotide coding amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 3; or where the bases at positions −49, −51 and −54 to −58 in the promoter region shown in SEQ ID NO: 29 are mutated; or wherein said microorganism has expression of a polynucleotide coding the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 4.

EFFECT: use of said microorganism increases output of fermentation of L-lysine produced by a strain with such mutations.
