FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports and can be used for training and training athletes-kettlebell lifters, as well as in sports medicine for creating technologies for dosing peak power loads on the spinal column. Training is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, those modes are selected in which the sportsman has excess peak values ay(t). In the selected modes for the athlete, the individual permissible threshold of the peak values of the vertical component of the athlete’s body acceleration (ay(t)_threshold, m/s2) is determined in the squatting phase and/or in the lowering the weights on the chest phase (Fig. 2). At the second stage, a given program is selected from the library of programs of hardware and software system, the value ay(t)_threshold defined at the first stage is entered into it for the audio signal on exceeding the value ay(t)threshold and is loaded into the mobile monitoring device. If the value ay (t) _threshold is exceeded and a sound signal is given, the athlete independently corrects his movements in the next exercise cycle by reducing peak power loads on the spine.
EFFECT: method ensures formation of an optimal dynamic stereotype of movements in the clean and jerk exercise.
