FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in sports for breathing technique training. Indicators of movement of an athlete and his/her breathing are recorded with the help of a software-hardware complex (SHC). At that, SHC consists of: programmable microcontroller device (MCD) with built-in acceleration sensor, recording the vertical component of the athlete’s body acceleration, with a wireless communication module, with two sound modules; spirograph connected to MCD, recording volumetric air flow rate during breathing; graphical display means connected to the MCD via a dedicated radio channel. A trainer and/or an athlete selects a given program from the library of SHC computer programs and enters the given individual threshold values. When preset threshold values of two measured values are exceeded, two sound signals of different height are transmitted. In cases of non-simultaneous sound signals in the damping phase when the weight is lowered down and in the forward swing phase when the weight is accelerated for lifting up athlete corrects the process of conjugation of motor actions and respiratory movements in the following exercise cycles, achieving simultaneous sounding of two signals of different heights in phases of movements.

EFFECT: method provides improvement of athlete breathing technique in “snatch” exercise.
