FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite powder material of ceramics-metal system. It can be used for application of wear-resistant functional coatings by method of supersonic cold gas-dynamic spraying. Ceramic powder with microhardness of 20.0–20.8 GPa is treated in a disintegrator at rotational speed of the disintegrator in conversion to linear speed from 160 m/s to 180 m/s and impact frequency from 7,200 to 8,000 beats/s to obtain a powder containing a metal-clad ceramic matrix. Obtained powder of the ceramic-metal system is treated with a nanosized ceramic powder with fraction of 40–80 nm with microhardness of 32.0–34.8 GPa in a disintegrator at rotational speed of disintegrator rotors of 220–280 m/s in conversion to linear speed and frequency of impacts from 10,000 beats/s to 12,000 beats/s.

EFFECT: possibility of forming coatings with high microhardness and wear resistance.
