FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: powder of metal matrix is obtained by crushing of powder material with dispersity of not more than 100 mcm in high-speed disintegrator by means of two rotors with crushing elements made from cladding material. Cladding powder is mixed with powder of ceramic reinforcing agent and treated in high-speed disintegrator by means of two rotors at relative movement speeds of striking elements of 120-220 m/s and frequency of strikes of 7000-10000 strikes/sec. Crushing elements of rotors are made from material with hardness that is below hardness of treated powder or mixture.

EFFECT: obtained disperse strengthened particles of metal-ceramics system have high reinforcing degree and provide high operating properties of the coating.
