FIELD: heat-protective materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of heat-protective materials resistant to erosive destruction when exposed to high temperatures and pressures. The device for manufacturing a reinforcing frame contains yarn guide drum 5, the surface of which is equipped with grooves leading the fibre, running along a helical spiral and intersecting with each other, forming a continuous direction for the fibre to ensure the constancy of the angle of inclination of the fibre to the generatrix of the cylindrical surface of the workpiece of the wound reinforcing frame throughout the entire wound volume of the frame. In this case, in order to stabilize the friction drive of rotation of the workpiece of the wound reinforcing frame from the surface of yarn guide drum 5 and to strengthen their frictional connection, sections of the surface of yarn guide drum 5, which have a rhombic shape and are limited by spirally arranged grooves 2, are covered with a layer of rubber, and the yarn taker drum and the workpiece of the wound reinforcing frame are pressed against each other. Yarn guide drum 5 and the workpiece of the wound reinforcing frame are pressed against each other by spring 6.
EFFECT: material has stable physical and mechanical properties throughout its entire volume.
