SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a recirculation device and a fuel battery. Device (1) is an oil-free rotary pump including first and second rotary shafts (13, 14), driving first and second pistons with cams (8, 9) in pump chamber (2) with inlet and outlet, respectively for gaseous composition. Shafts (13, 14) are driven by drive system (17, 18) located in gear chamber (4). Device (1) includes first and second pair of shaft seals (19, 20), each of which includes first seal (19a, 20a) and second seal (19b, 20b). Pair of seals (19) is placed around shaft (13). Pair of seals (20) is placed around shaft (14) between chamber (2) and chamber (4). Device (1) includes a pressure equalization chamber fluidly connected with a gap located between seals (19a, 20a) and (19b, 20b) in order to regulate pressure in the gap. Chamber (4) is fluidly connected with a gap. Chamber (2) is fluidly connected to seals (19a, 20a) by means of pulsation attenuation chamber.
