SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an opening and closing device for a container for storing liquid products. The opening and closing device (1) contains a cuff (2), a cover (3), a cutting element (5), a pushing means (7) and a releasing-connecting means (10). The cover is made with the possibility of limited movement only by rotation on the outer surface (2a) of the cuff (2) using the first guide means (40). The cutting element is made with the possibility of limited movement inside the cuff (2) using the second guide means (60). The pushing means serves to move the cutting element (5) and is driven by the cover (3) when it is first moved along the outer surface (2a) of the cuff (2) to move the cutting element inside the cuff towards the part to be cut. The releasing-connecting means is located between the cap (3b) and the cuff (2) and makes it possible to open and close the cap at a certain angle of rotation of the cover (3) relative to the cuff (2) after the first movement of the cover along the outer surface (2a) of the cuff (2).
EFFECT: prevention of difficulties when the user pours the product contained in the container or uncontrolled flow of this product from the container.
