FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication antennas. Essence: a phase changer for use with an antenna includes a fixed dielectric plate and a movable sliding plate. Fixed circuits are located on the fixed dielectric plate. Movable sliding plate is located on the surface of the fixed dielectric plate. On the movable sliding plate there is a plurality of sliding chains corresponding to each of the fixed chains. Fixed chain is made with possibility of connection with at least one corresponding sliding chain and formation together with it of phase-shifting chain. Fixed circuit comprises input line, first output line, power dividing line and second output line arranged to form open circuit. Power dividing line comprises an input power dividing section, a first output power dividing section and a second output power dividing section connected to each other. Sliding chain comprises one-way connecting line connecting input line with first output line, input power dividing line connecting the input line with the input power dividing section, first output connecting line connecting first output line with first output section of power division, and a second output connecting line connecting the second output line to the second output power section. When the phase shifter is in the operating mode of the two-channel output, the antenna is in the operating mode of a narrow beam in the vertical plane. Antenna is configured to adjust orientation by moving the movable sliding plate.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of controlling the output mode of the phase shifter to implement the function of switching the output mode of the antenna in the vertical plane.
