FIELD: preparation of coffee.

SUBSTANCE: brewing chamber includes a brewing chamber body and a brewing chamber. The bottom of the brewing chamber is provided with a groove with an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the brewing chamber; the side wall of the groove is provided with a coffee outlet, wherein said coffee outlet has a through connection with the exterior; the bottom of the groove is provided with a through hole, a sealing ring for coffee is located in the through hole, a sealed water outlet is rigidly installed at the upper end of the groove, and a filtering part for filtering coffee is located above the sealed water outlet; the first sliding hole on the filtering part, the second sealing sliding hole on the sealed water outlet, and the third sealing sliding hole on the sealing ring for coffee are provided with an outlet part capable of sliding in the axial direction along the through hole. The through hole in the lower part of the groove is blocked in order to prevent liquid leakage when brewing coffee; a sealed water outlet is also rigidly installed at the upper end of the groove, thereby preventing the wear of the sealed water outlet and thus increasing the internal pressure in the brewing chamber when brewing coffee. The invention also discloses a coffee machine containing the above brewing chamber.
