FIELD: polyamides.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing polyamide-6 filled with fibrous waste, including the introduction into caprolactam, in the presence of a catalyst - orthophosphoric acid, of a mixture of multi-oxidized fibrous waste oxy-PAN with an oxidation degree of 0.2-0.8, density 1.20-1.34 g/cm3, cutting length 5-10 mm, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: caprolactam 68.9-89.1; orthophosphoric acid 0.9-1.1; mixture of multi-oxidized fibrous waste oxy-PAN 10.0-30.0; vacuuming the resulting mixture, carrying out synthesis with a successive three-stage increase in temperature, starting from 155-165°C for 30 minutes, then 195-205°C for 30 minutes, with exposure for 3 hours at a temperature of 240-250°C, followed by cooling.
EFFECT: production of a material with increased mechanical, physical, chemical properties, as well as a reduction in its cost due to the use of production waste as a filler and a reduction in the stages of its production due to the absence of an additional processing stage.
