FIELD: mining; oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of oil deposits at late stage of development. Method of development of oil deposit, exposed by injection wells and at least two production wells, includes pumping of working agent through injection wells and extraction of liquid through production wells. At the same time residual recoverable oil reserves are determined for the section of the deposit and the compartmentalization factor for the production facility. At a later stage of development, a section of the deposit with residual recoverable oil reserves of at least 3,000 t is selected, with coefficient of compartmentalization in production section of deposit more than 1.25 in at least one well, current average formation pressure is less than initial formation pressure on deposit, average porosity of productive deposits for wells is from 0.12 to 0.26. On the deposit section, selecting a production well with a current flow rate below the average production rate of production wells of the selected section, selected production well is changed over to injection well provided that there is at least one production well of operating well stock within radius of 800 m from the selected production well. Further, the working agent is pumped into the selected well in stages with duration at each stage from 1 to 6 months.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of development of oil deposit at late stage of development.
