Base is bound by a roving by a knitting-stitching method, at the same time hygroscopicity of the base is not more than 1%. Fibrous web of the base, which is cut in the form of a rectangle, is placed in the shell and fixed in it. Roving is made of glass fiber or basalt fiber. Shell is made of glass fiber or basalt fiber.

EFFECT: obtaining a material having resistance to high room humidity, having a high degree of manufacturability, preventing shrinkage and the appearance of mold.
