FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and transplantology, and can be used for restoration of venous blood flow in hepatic veins in graft of the right lobe of liver containing 4 veins from each liver segment. An autovenous conduit is formed from a portal vein bifurcation, which is divided into two longitudinal vessels. Each of the obtained vessels is connected to vein entries of 5th and 8th liver segments of the transplant. Two anastomoses are formed between veins from 6th and 7th segments of the liver and the inferior vena cava and two anastomosis between the veins reconstructed through autoconduct from 5th and 8th segments of the liver and the inferior vena cava.
EFFECT: method provides reducing the duration of the operation while eliminating the need to use cryoconduits, a smaller number of formed anastomoses, eliminates the probability of compression of the double inferior vena cava of hypertrophied grafts and eliminates the need to use higher doses and longer use of anticoagulants.
