SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hepatobiliary surgery and transplantology. Portal vein trunk, its sectoral and segmental branches are mobilized in a recipient. Above vessels are cold extracted along the glissonian pedicle, then they are sequentially clipped so that the clip remains in the removed liver. Portal vein trunk is transected over a vascular clamp on a non-blood-supplied liver. At the stage of liver preservation, polypropylene thread is used to form anastomoses between vessels requiring reconstruction and openings of orifices of segmental or sectoral veins and after the required number of anastomoses is formed, the auto conduit is filled with normal saline and checked for air-tightness. Holes in the auto conduit are closed, and blood flow is restored in the graft in situ.

EFFECT: method enables transplantation of the right lobe of the liver to produce a universal vascular auto conduit from an autogenous material with multiple mouths of veins, variable diameter and length and possibility of its use for reconstruction of blood flow in hepatic veins, portal vein in the presence of their variant anatomy.
