FIELD: spectral analysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mercury vapor analyzer. Analyzer has two radiation sources, a measuring cell, a photodetector and a recording and calculation device. First radiation source is a mercury lamp, and the second is made in the form of a light-emitting diode with radiation wavelength matched with the radiation line of the mercury lamps. Analyzer is also equipped with two semitransparent mirrors arranged in series one after another on the path of the first radiation source in front of the measuring cell and an additional photodetector. First mirror is arranged to receive radiation from a second optical radiation source, and second mirror is capable of deflecting part of radiation of both sources to additional photodetector, output of which is connected through differential amplification circuit to input of emitters control module, first, second and third outputs of which are connected to inputs of the first and second radiation source and differential amplification circuit, respectively. Fourth output is connected to the input of the registration and calculation device.
EFFECT: reduced detection limit of mercury vapors.
