The device contains a laser generator, a laser radiation meter, a measuring cell with a first mover, a reference cell with a second mover, first and second photoreceiving units, first and second controllable spectrum filters, a controllable optical attenuator, a laser amplifier with a pumping device, a pullout semitransmitting mirror with a third mover, a reflecting mirror, three semitransmitting mirrors, and first and second cube-corner reflectors.
EFFECT: increased device sensitivity.
