FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a device for separating a crop flow on at least one transport and cleaning element of a combine harvester, which can be used in agriculture. Method of separation of crop flow 8 consists in that element 29, 30 of transportation and cleaning is subjected to longitudinal vibration L and transverse vibration Q, wherein transverse vibration Q is controlled depending on at least one parameter. Said at least one parameter for control of transverse vibration Q is inclination of combine harvester 1, grain purity KR, in particular, grain purity KR of main flow 11 of harvested crop. Transverse vibration Q is preliminarily adjusted depending on inclination of combine harvester 1 and is accurately adjusted depending on grain purity KR. Device for separation of flow 8 comprises element 29, 30 of transportation and cleaning, made with possibility of bringing it into longitudinal vibration L and transverse vibration Q. At the same time provision is made for adjustment of transverse vibration Q depending on at least one parameter. Said at least one parameter for controlling transverse vibration Q is inclination of combine harvester 1, comprising one or more first sensors 51 for determining grain purity KR and control unit 50 for controlling transverse vibration Q depending on at least one parameter. At that, at least one parameter for control of transverse vibration Q is inclination of combine harvester 1, and at least one more parameter is purity KR of grain, wherein control unit 50 is configured, depending on inclination of combine harvester 1, preset value 60 of transverse vibration. Depending on at least one more parameter, in particular on the grain purity KR, the control command signal J3 is generated, under the action of which the transverse vibration Q of transportation element 29, 30 and cleaning can be set so that the grain purity KR is within the specified tolerance range.
EFFECT: method and device provide prevention of transverse vibration, which leads to too high and undesirable content of non-grain components in the main flow of the harvested crop.
