FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for cooling liquid media in chemical, metallurgical, food and other industries. Thermoelectric fluid cooler, comprising a housing with filling and drain branch pipes and cold junctions connected to the housing surfaces, and by hot junctions – to heat-removing radiators, vertical heat exchange fins are installed on inner surface of the housing, and heat-removing radiators of hot junctions of thermoelements are connected to fans installed in the upper part of the housing. Under the thermal elements on the upper inner surface of the housing, cylindrical projections with holes are coaxially installed, wherein the height of the cylindrical projections decreases from the inner cylindrical projection to the outer one, and the size of the holes – from the outer to the inner one, inclined rectangular partitions with triangular openings in the lower part and horizontally located cylindrical projections in the upper part in the area of cylindrical projections are installed between vertical heat exchange fins.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid cooling.
