FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: passenger car service system has water heating system, air conditioning system of service compartment and passenger compartments with conditioned air delivery fan, ventilation channel, air distributing panels to deliver air in all compartment, boiler water cooling plant with tank and large capacity refrigerator. Thermoelectric sets with "cold" heat exchangers are installed under air distributing panels in each compartment. Heat exchangers communicate with ventilation channel and form air conditioning duct of compartment. "Hot" heat exchangers of set are connected with pressure and drain pipelines if liquid heat removing system of thermoelectric sets with external heat exchanger arranged under body frame and cooled additionally by liquid atomized by at least one nozzle, liquid pump placed in series with pipelines furnished with season valves and forming common series-parallel hydraulic system. Liquid heat removing system is coupled with water heating system through heat exchanger, air conditioning system control panel and thermoelectric set control panel in each compartment. EFFECT: possibility of building extra class railway cars with provision of maximum comfort for passengers in long trips in Russia and foreign counters. 5 cl, 7 dwg
