SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics and reproductive medicine, and can be used for non-invasive assessment of endometrial receptivity in current menstrual cycle during in vitro fertilisation (IVF). Menstrual blood is sampled; total protein, interferon-γ-induced protein 10 (IP-10) and monokine induced by interferon-γ (MIG) levels are determined; and determination of endometrial receptivity index. If the value of the endometrial receptivity index is greater than or equal to 1.1, the patient is referred to the group of high endometrial receptivity, and if the value is less than 1.1, the patient is referred to the group of low endometrial receptivity.

EFFECT: method provides referring the infertile patient undergoing the IVF cycle to the group of high or low receptivity of the endometrium with determination of probability of successful outcome of high quality embryo transfer due to analysis of levels of signal molecules in menstrual blood.
