FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for predicting the results of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in a standard long protocol of stimulation of superovulation. Method consists in selecting peripheral blood in patients on day 21–23 of the menstrual cycle before stimulating superovulation and isolating the mononuclear fraction of blood cells. In cells of the mononuclear blood fraction, the content of the PIBF matrix RNA was determined by real-time PCR and at a level of matrix RNA PIBF more than 0.4 cu predict the success of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in the standard long protocol of stimulation of superovulation.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides increased availability and increased confidence in determining the probability of success of implantation in patients in a long IVF protocol.
