FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a method and system for producing hexafluoro-1,3-butadiene. The production method includes (1) the interaction, under the action of a metal nanocatalyst on a carrier, of chlorotrifluoroethylene with hydrogen gas in the first reactor to form a mixture, which the mixture enters a distillation unit for separation, trifluoroethylene obtained by rectification enters the second reactor and continuously reacts with bromine under the action of light to form 1,2-dibromotrifluoroethane, and chlorotrifluoroethylene obtained by rectification is returned to the first reactor for reuse; (2) continuous addition to the third reactor, previously loaded with 1,2-dibromotrifluoroethane, 1,2-dibromotrifluoroethane and solid alkali, and performing the reaction to obtain bromotrifluoroethylene; and (3) adding bromotrifluoroethylene to the fourth reactor containing zinc powder, initiator and organic solvent to react to obtain a solution of trifluoroethenylcine bromide, performing filtration and subsequent addition of a binder for the combination reaction to obtain, thus, hexafluoro-1,3-butadiene.

EFFECT: present invention has advantages in high safety, good stability of the catalyst and high selectivity of the method and can ensure continuous production.
