FIELD: optical systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical systems for capturing images. System comprises an image sensor; an image processing unit configured to process an image formed on the image sensor by means of incident optical radiation from an imaged external scene; group of optical elements containing at least one optical element having at least one aspherical optical surface. Group of optical elements is configured to form a uniformly blurred image on the sensor. Image processing unit is configured to perform image restoration processing based on said uniformly blurred image to obtain an image with uniform sharpness over the entire field of view. To form a uniformly blurred image, the group of optical elements is configured to increase the point spread function (PSF) in the central region of the field of view of the optical system and reduce PSF on peripheral portions of the field of view of the optical system.

EFFECT: high efficiency of image restoration.
