FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for recycling of amaranth seeds with extraction of oil, obtainment of protein and starch fractions is proposed, including purification and grinding of amaranth seeds, and separation into fractions to obtain a starch fraction and a mixture of germs and shells of amaranth seeds, drying of the mixture, carried out at a temperature of no more than 35°C, subsequent cold passage pressing of the mixture of germs and shells of amaranth seeds, carried out at a temperature of 35-40°C, oil sedimentation, and its filtration, while oilcake of cold passage pressing is mixed with oil sediment and subjected to the second pressing with extraction of oil and oilcake in the form of germ flakes as a protein fraction, which is then ground. At the same time, purification, grinding, and separation into fractions of seeds are carried out on a hammer crusher with a vibration sieve, mobility of which is provided by use of a cam mechanism in a structure of the crusher and suspension of the sieve, using springs, inside a case, cold passage pressing of the mixture of germs and shells of amaranth seeds is carried out with an alternating effect on a product by generation in a piezo-ceramic emitter of oscillations, while provision of a drying and pressing temperature is carried out by rarefaction by connection to a vacuum system.
EFFECT: invention allows for an increase in the efficiency of grinding of amaranth seeds to obtain a starch fraction and a mixture of germs and shells of amaranth seeds, as well as an increase in the yield of oil of oilseeds.
