FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fat-and-oil industry. Method includes purification and milling of seeds, separation of obtained mixture of particles according to fractions, extraction of oil from germs fraction. Separation of mixture of milled seeds particles into fractions is carried out by two consecutive stages - first by first sieve with holes diametre 0.8 mm. Starch fraction having particles more than 0.8 mm is separated from the mixture and put into collecting jar. The rest of the mixture is processed with the second sieve with holes diametre 5 mm and divided into coating fraction with particles more than 0.5 mm and germs fraction having particles less than 0.5 mm. Divided fractions are put into different collecting jars. Obtained starch fraction and coating fraction are moved to factory storage facilities or packed for selling, germs fraction is used to obtain oil by pressing or extraction.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase outcome of oil, increase oil quality and produce new kinds of nutritious food products and pharmaceutical products out of natural raw materials.
