FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used to measure the position of a hollow rotor, namely its angular displacements — turns, using an induction-type linear displacement transducer. Essence of the disclosed solution is that the induction position sensor comprises a fixed and a movable part with printed zigzag-like rectangular inductance coils, which are mutually parallel and located with the same pitch, the movable part is installed with possibility of movement relative to the fixed part with one degree of freedom. These zigzag-like rectangular inductance coils of the movable and fixed parts of the sensor are formed in six levels: first level from primary and secondary coils of induction transformers, which feed Sin and Cos coils, second level — from primary and secondary Sin coils, third level — from primary and secondary Cos coils, fourth level — from primary and secondary identification coils, shifted to the right from the board centre, fifth level — from a primary identification coil, shifted to the left, and a secondary identification coil, shifted to the right from the centre of the board, sixth level consists of primary and secondary coils of induction transformers, which supply identification coils.
EFFECT: development of an inductive position sensor with a larger measurement length range, which can be used to measure angular displacements.
