FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: sensor comprises two pairs of fixed (1), (3) and movable (2), (4) plates containing two identical coils each (accordingly (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (11), (12)), which are arranged evenly in equal sectors with an opening angle equal to 180°. Movable plates (2), (4) are rigidly installed on a single rotation shaft (14), installed with one degree of freedom in a base of a sensor (15). Fixed plates (1), (3) are installed in the base of the sensor (15) - its body. In one pair of plates (for example, (1) and (2), see fig.1) accordingly fixed (5), (6) and movable (7), (8) coils are arranged symmetrically, and in the other pair of plates (for example, (3) and (4)), the fixed (9), (10) and movable (11), (12) coils are displaced by the angle equal to 90°. On each plate (1), (2), (3) and (4), accordingly, two coils (5), (6) - (7), (8) - (9), (10) - (11), (12) arranged on them are connected between each other in series and oppositely. All plates (1), (2), (3) and (4) with printed circuit boards of the sensor have identical reference through holes (13), arranged along the periphery outside the circle of printed coils. Passive short conductors (21) of printed coils are arranged on the back side of plates (1), (2), (3) and (4) and are connected to long active conductors (22) via thickness of plates with the help of metallised holes (23). The sensor is equipped with a rotary transformer, the movable winding of which is fixed on a rotation shaft and is connected to zigzag-like coils of inductance of the movable plates of the sensor. The rotary transformer may be made in the form of a fixed (16) and a movable (17) flat plates from dielectric material facing each other with sides with applied printed spiral windings (18) and (19) accordingly.
EFFECT: expanded range of measurement of an angular position sensor up to 360 degrees.
