FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: sensor comprises flat fixed and movable parts (1) and (2) from dielectric material installed with a common axis of rotation and facing each other by sides with applied printed flat inductance coils (3) and (4). Printed flat coils are made as zigzag-shaped and comprise active long conductors arranged along arcs of circumference and passive short conductors arranged along radii. The movable and fixed parts (1) and (2) may contain one identical coil (3) and (4) each, which are located in a sector with an angle, which is smaller or equal to 180°. The fixed part (1) of the sensor may contain two identical coils (3) and (5), located in sectors with an angle, which is smaller or equal to 180°, and the fixed part (2) of the sensor contains one analogue sensor (4), which in the initial position of the sensor is displaced relative to two coils of the fixed part of the sensor by an angle equal to the half of the angle of sectors of their location.

EFFECT: expanded range of measurements, simplified design of a sensor, higher accuracy of measurements.
