SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry. Device for prevention of liquid spraying when lifting pipes from a well comprises cylindrical case consisting of two halves interconnected by hinge, upper unscrewed pipe and lower pipe with coupling. Each of the halves of the cylindrical housing along the perimeter of contact with the outer surface of the upper unscrewed pipe is equipped with sealing elements. Device under cylindrical housing is equipped with a tank, wherein the handles are rigidly fixed on the outer surface of the tank and are located at angle of 180° in relation to each other. At the same time in tank from periphery to centre there is a transverse cutout, besides, width of transverse cutout is by 20 mm more than diameter of coupling of lower pipe. Centring element is rigidly fixed on the arc of the transverse cutout and is made in the form of a horseshoe for the coupling of the lower pipe. At the same time, on the side opposite to the cutout, the tank is equipped with a conical drain hole with the possibility of installation into the conical drain hole of a plug made from below in the form of a rubber plug with a metal rod rigidly connected from above. Retainer of the halves of the cylindrical housing is made in the form of U-shaped round rolled stock installed in through holes made on the upper ends of the halves of the cylindrical housing. At the same time at the distance of one metre from the wellhead within the limits of the working platform there is a drain funnel for liquid discharge from the tank through the conical drain plug. Drain funnel is hydraulically connected to annular space of the well.

EFFECT: providing higher tightness and reliability when operating the device, quality of centring the device on the wellhead.
