FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, specifically to production of geopolymer material used in construction for masonry and facing of walls and other elements of residential, public and industrial buildings and structures. Composition based on technogenic wastes for producing geopolymer material contains the following, wt.%: anthracite flue ash of Novocherkassk SDPP 34–62, tailings of flotation concentration of tungsten-molybdenum ores of Tyrnyauz GOK 6–34, liquid sodium glass 22, sodium hydroxide 3, water 7. Said flue ash has chemical composition, wt.%: SiO2 – 45.6; Al2O3 – 19.3; CaO – 2.9; Fe2O3 – 20.4; K2O – 6.9; TiO2 – 1.7; MgO – 0.6; other secondary impurities – 2.6, and said tailings of flotation concentration of tungsten-molybdenum ores have chemical composition, wt.%: SiO2 – 52.85; Al2O3 – 10.54; CaO – 19.13; Fe2O3 – 5.24; K2O – 1.21; TiO2 – 0.45; MgO – 1.63; other secondary impurities – 8.95.
EFFECT: high compression strength of the geopolymer material.
