FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, particularly to compositions of mineral additives used for cement compositions. Disclosed is a method of producing microfiller based on ash-slag wastes for cement compositions, including preliminary crushing of raw materials. Raw material used is ash-and-slag wastes from Novocherkassk SDPP and quicklime. Separately crushed ash-and-slag wastes from Novocherkassk SDPP and quicklime are dosed and loaded into a power-saturated grinding device; water is added. After that, lime with unburnt coal particles is crushed to reaction, alkalization of the surface of the mineral part of ash-and-slag wastes of Novocherkassk SDPP and specific surface area of 9700 cm2/g, and then dried to constant mass in a drum dryer to prevent sticking and caking of microfiller grains. Mixture contains ash and slag wastes from Novocherkassk SDPP and quicklime, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: ash and slag wastes of Novocherkassk SDPP 82.0-92.0, quicklime 18.0-8.0, water in excess of components 32.0.
EFFECT: high plasticity and strength of cement compositions.
