FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for intensification of high-viscosity oil production includes drilling a production well and injection wells, making side shafts in injection wells, product extraction through production well and steam injection to injection wells. In the lower part of the productive formation, having a thickness of less than 10 m, inclusive, a horizontal production well is drilled, in the upper part of the productive formation for each 150 m of the horizontal shaft of the production well one vertical injection well with side shafts is drilled. At that, sidetracking is performed in the direction of the most highly permeable channels of the productive formation. With the thickness of the productive formation up to 5 m inclusive, the number of side horizontal shafts in one injection well is equal to two, with the thickness of the productive formation from 5 to 7 m inclusive – three, at thickness of productive formation from 7 to 10 m inclusive – four. Steam is simultaneously pumped into injection wells for three months with volume of 25 t/day and temperature of 195°C, then steam injection to injection wells is stopped for one month. Product extraction through horizontal production well is carried out with water cut control.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances, higher efficiency of oil recovery.
