FIELD: pipeline transport; measurement.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to pipeline transport and can be used for continuous and/or periodic monitoring of the state of the main pipeline. Method of monitoring the loaded state of the main pipeline section includes installation of a compensator on the main pipeline section and insertion of two intelligent inserts. Intelligent insert consists of a measuring branch pipe and a unit of secondary converters, connected to each other by connecting cables, wherein each measuring branch pipe is made in the form of a piece of pipeline with installed on it along the perimeter at angle of 120° three sockets, in housing of each of which one sensor for measuring temperature of pipeline wall and three strain gauges are fixed, to control stress-strain state of main pipeline, which transmit a signal on the loaded state of the main pipeline due to deviation of the compensator from the state of rest to the unit of secondary converters, wherein the latter converts the frequency signal of the temperature sensors and strain gauges into a digital form to obtain information on the occurrence and value of the stress-strain state of the main pipeline caused by the expansion and/or contraction of its walls, then from the unit of secondary converters the information is transmitted to the information processing unit, where it is processed with the determination of the number of cycles of alternating loads of the compensator, as well as with determination of occurrence of limit or close to limit stress state of main pipeline is performed recording of received information and its transmission by means of transmitting telemechanics device to dispatcher station.
EFFECT: higher safety of operation of main pipeline and timely arrangement of its recovery.
