FIELD: measurements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centralized measurement, visualization and registration of process parameters controlled during works on filling main pipelines with an inert gas mixture (IGM) using mobile nitrogen compressor units at a safe distance from the place of work. The claimed system includes a IGM parameter control unit and a remote registration and signalling unit. The IGM parameters control unit is made in the form of a section of a process pipeline with an inert gas mixture and includes a collector mounted on a frame with instruments for measuring the process parameters of an inert gas mixture installed on it: a flow converter, an oxygen gas analyser, a rotameter, a pressure gauge, a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, and also pressure reducer and terminal box. The collector is made in the form of a pipeline section, to the free ends of which lugs are welded for connection to the process pipeline, on the side surface there are taps for connection to a mobile compressor nitrogen unit, and on the opposite side there is a branch pipe for connection to the main pipeline air vent. The IGM parameters control unit is connected to the remote registration and signalling unit via a cable communication line.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and completeness of the control of process parameters monitored during filling main pipelines with an inert gas mixture using mobile nitrogen compressor units, while ensuring the control safety.
