FIELD: manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: thermal machine has stator and rotor with bladed provided with spring-loaded seals. Stator is symmetrically divided by partitions. Two combustion chambers provided with exhaust valves and two delivery chambers provided with delivery and suction valves connected respectively with delivery and suction manifolds are formed between partitions of stator and blades of rotor. Damper is mounted at outlet of delivery manifolds. Rotor is made in the form of hollow shaft with central partition. Each chamber of rotor has scavenge slot running to respective combustion chamber. On one side rotor chamber is tightly closed and on the other side, it is closed with valve seat having two spring-loaded valves connected with compressor. Combustion chambers are connected with fuel feed member and water supply device. Exhaust valves are connected with rotor by means of opening mechanism. Radiator for heating water supplied from tank to combustion chambers, radiator for heating fuel and radiator for heating air delivered to compressor are mounted in exhaust manifold.
