FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to plastic surgery, in particular, to the formation of the clitoris in the operations of changing the anatomically male sex to the female one. Clitoris is formed from a spongy body of a glans penis on a dorsal neurovascular pedicle. Three flaps are marked on the glans penis: the central flap facing the vascular pedicle is formed so that it is shorter and wider than the lateral flaps. Two lateral flaps that extend to the frenulum and include the sensitive tissue of the frenulum. Cut is made according to marking. Central flap is used to form a clitoris shaped to a cone with a truncated apex. Tops of the lateral flaps are sutured together so that a round platform of soft tissues is formed at the base of the clitoris. Formed complex is fixed in upper pole of vaginal vestibule during vaginoplasty.
EFFECT: method provides reliable blood supply to the clitoris, preserves full erogenous sensitivity, increases the area of erogenous sensitivity by forming a platform at the base of the clitoris, improves functional and cosmetic results.
