SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgical and paediatric urology. Urethral plate is separated, a urethra is created from it, moved under the mobilized cavernous bodies, the glans penis is formed while maintaining the connection of the cavernous bodies and the urethra with the head and rotation of the cavernous bodies. Cavernous bodies are separated through ventral longitudinal incisions of Buck’s fascia, which are applied from ischiocavernous muscles to the edge of the head, continuing them in the proximal direction from the fusion of Buck’s fascia with the urethral plate. Cavernous bodies are separated from the posterior part of the urethral bulb, moved over the urethra through the dorsal incisions of Buck’s fascia between the edges of the urethral plate and the neurovascular bundles. Cavernous bodies are turned over the urethra with their convex sides towards each other and sutured together. First, proximal, suture is applied between the convex sides of the cavernous bodies above the urethra. Second suture is between the cavernous bodies above the urethra in the middle of the head; the apical portions of the cavernous bodies are not sutured further along the line connecting these two sutures; the cavernous bodies are sutured together to form a penis shaft.

EFFECT: method enables to lengthen the shaft of the penis and to straighten the cavernous bodies, to give a normal L-shape, to improve the cosmetic result.
