SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weighing equipment. System comprises an optical radiation source, an optical circulator, a signal processing module and a decision module, at least one fibre-optic pressure sensor installed on the measuring section, including a sensitive element of optical fibre loops, assembled into a coil placed on a disc, which has a rotation shaft installed in the coaxial seats of the installation frame, fixed on a plank placed between adjacent sleepers on the outer side of the railway track and rigidly attached to them, transmission mechanism for connection of disc rotation shaft with rail and splitter, to two inputs/outputs of which the coil fibre outputs are connected, wherein the third input/output of the splitter is connected through the optical circulator to the optical radiation source and to the signal processing module, output of which is connected to input of decision-making module, which interacts by means of transmission network with databases of external railway systems and information user workstation.
