FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for marking of oil products, which can be subjected to falsification or substitution, such as gasoline and diesel fuel. Luminophore of 2-[2-(4,6-dianilino-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl-amino)phenyl]-4(3H)-quinazolinone is mixed for at least 10 minutes in diesel fuel or hexane in weight ratio 1/(9–20) at rotation speed of 100–500 rpm, adding it uniformly at a rate of not more than 30 g/min. Then one performs stirring for at least 60 minutes at 800–1,000 rpm. Obtained pigment paste is transferred into a grinding chamber of a bead mill operating at 200–400 rpm, with the amount of the pigment paste relative to beads being 4:6 and the bead diameter of 0.4–0.8 mm. Thereafter, rpm is increased to 2,000–3,000 rpm and milled for 2–6 hours at 20.0–30.0 °C until grinding is 2 mcm. Diesel fuel and the obtained pigment paste are loaded into the homogenizer, uniformly introducing it at a rate of not more than 300 g/min while stirring at a rate of not less than 5,000 rpm, after which rpm is increased to 10,000 rpm and dispersed for at least 30 minutes.
EFFECT: invention increases the service life of the obtained marks for oil products due to obtaining a nano-sized stable concentrated suspension of an organic luminophore.
