SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to radio communication equipment. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in a transmitting system with a phased antenna array (PAA) based on software-defined radio (SDR) technology radiating high-frequency energy by antenna-transmitting modules, in which power amplifiers are connected; generation of information, modulation and control signals, including the beam pattern of the phased antenna array, is produced in the digital signal processor according to the parameters specified by the control module and transmitted via fibre-optic lines to the antenna-transmitting modules, where digital-to-analogue conversion is performed, amplification by amplifiers and radiation of antenna elements with established phase shifts of high-frequency signals with their addition in space in specified directions.

EFFECT: providing adaptive transmission of signals in the SW band.
