FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reconstructive plastic surgery. Breast endoprosthesis replacement is performed with simultaneous autoadipotransplantation. Adipose tissue obtained during liposuction is subjected to decantation in a lipofilling vessel, which is washed with sterile physiologic saline. Then adipose tissue is collected in 50 ml syringes, which are placed in vertical position for 10 minutes. Then the upper layer is taken in syringes with volume of 10 ml. Process of decantation and washing is carried out until the colour of the lipoaspirate becomes pale yellow, the obtained lipoaspirate is introduced into the subcutaneous fat of the intermammary space with an approach of up to 4 cm from the anterior midline of the body to the mammary glands along the medial contour, the point of insertion of cannula is 1.5 cm below the submammary fold and 4 cm laterally from the anterior midline.
EFFECT: method enables preventing such complications as rippling, double-bubble deformation, breast asymmetry, Baker degree I–II capsular contracture.
