SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic and aesthetic surgery, and can be used in endoprosthetics of the mammary glands. Method of augmentation mammoplasty in addition to endoprosthetics of the mammary glands includes a one-stage autotransplantation of adipose tissue with the addition of an autogel enriched with platelets and leukocytes. For this purpose, an autoplasma, enriched with platelets and leukocytes, is prepared before the operation, it is kept in a thermostat at 50–95 °C for 8–10 minutes. Resulting autologous gel is added to the previously isolated auto-fat tissue at a ratio of at least 1:10–1:15. Resulting lipoaspirate is injected into the subcutaneous fat evenly over the entire surface of the endoprosthesis at 12 hours, 3 hours, 6 hours and 9 hours.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the layer of subcutaneous fat, improve the contour of the mammary glands, which allows to eliminate such complications as “rippling” – uneven contour along the edge of the endoprosthesis, imaging and palpation of implants, as well as asymmetry of mammary glands, capsular contracture of I-II degree in Baker in patients with mammary atrophy or low BMI.
