FIELD: nonwoven materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of nonwoven materials, particularly heat insulating materials based on glass and mineral fibres by aerodynamic deposition. Disclosed is a device for producing non-woven heat-insulating material, comprising a dispersion chamber, comprising a compartment for receiving fibres and a dispersion compartment, air compressor equipped with a pressure regulator, connected to the dispersion chamber by means of a compressed air supply line to the fibre receiving compartment, wherein it comprises a fibre deposition chamber connected to said dispersion chamber by means of an air duct, wherein in the fibre deposition chamber there is an air-permeable moulding surface with a vacuum generator located under it, and a heat generator for supplying heated air by means of a supply line to the receiving compartment of the dispersion chamber.
EFFECT: invention simplifies production of non-woven heat-insulating material with uniform density to ensure heat-insulating properties, and also simplifies the design of the device.
