SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Dryer of meat wastes with microwave energy supply to the electrically driven cylindrical sieve resonator contains in a non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing located at an angle to the horizontal plane, coaxially installed non-ferromagnetic cylindrical sieve open electrically driven resonator with an annular hole on the base, fixed on the base side, through the base of the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing, cantilever on the drive shaft, and coaxially arranged dielectric electrically driven beater rotor with dielectric beaters in the form of rakes, which are located with a uniform pitch and with a radial shift along the dielectric shaft of the rotor, laid on the open side of the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical sieve electrically driven resonator, through the base of the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing, where along the perimeter of its base with shift of 120 degrees there are air cooling magnetrons with waveguides and fans and a non-ferromagnetic air duct from a heat gun, and the gap between the base of the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing and the open end of the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical sieve open electrically driven resonator is not more than a quarter of the wavelength, wherein on the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing are installed a non-ferromagnetic air outlet and a non-ferromagnetic loading container, comprising an electrically driven shredder, under which a dielectric chute is inclined, directed into a non-ferromagnetic cylindrical sieve open electrically driven resonator, at that, along its side surface on the outer side there are steel knives, electric gas-discharge lamps of bactericidal flow of UV rays, powered from sources of kilohertz frequency, which are in contact with non-ferromagnetic corona needles located on the inner side surface of the non-ferromagnetic cylindrical shielding housing, which lower side surface is perforated, and a non-ferromagnetic tray containing a non-ferromagnetic branch pipe with a ball valve is attached to it.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of meat wastes drying.
