FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: microwave apparatus with a coaxial spiral resonator for heat treatment of secondary meat in a continuous mode comprises in a vertically installed non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder 2 with lower perforated base 7 coaxially located non-ferromagnetic inner spiral cylinder 4 and electrically driven fluoroplastic screw 5 with solid screw surface and fluoroplastic shaft. First screw of the electrically driven fluoroplastic screw, under the non-ferromagnetic loading capacity, is made of non-ferromagnetic material. Middle perimeter of the annular volume, between non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder 2 and non-ferromagnetic inner spiral cylinder 4, which forms non-ferromagnetic coaxial resonator 3, and its height are multiples of half the wavelength. To the lower perforated base of non-ferromagnetic cylinder 2, a non-ferromagnetic cylindrical storage tank 8 with an inclined base is attached, comprising out-of-limit waveguide 9 with a ball valve, and on the upper non-ferromagnetic annular base of non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder 2 there is non-ferromagnetic loading tank 1 with a non-ferromagnetic gate valve. To the inner side of the upper annular base of non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder 2 with a radial shift, non-ferromagnetic corona brushes 13 are installed, under which there are radially located electric gas-discharge lamps 12, powered by kilohertz generators located on the outer side of the side surface of non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder 2. Ceramic annular spherical surface 11 is located under electric gas-discharge lamps 12, the large diameter of the spherical surface is less than the diameter of non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder 2 by half the wavelength. Magnetrons 6 with waveguides and fans are installed along the perimeter of the side surface of the non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder with shift of 120 degrees and a shift along its 2 height. Above lower perforated base 7 of non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder 2, there is dielectric pipe 10 of the pneumatic conveyor, closed by a grid, the cells of which are not more than the size of the pins, wherein extension of dielectric pipe of pneumatic conveyor behind non-ferromagnetic outer cylinder is made of non-ferromagnetic material.

EFFECT: invention enables to develop an installation with a microwave power supply and a bactericidal flow of UV rays into a coaxial resonator for thermal treatment with disinfection and neutralization of unpleasant odour, milled secondary meat raw material in continuous mode.
