SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Microwave apparatus for thermal treatment of substandard secondary meat raw material by the effect of electrophysical factors comprises in the horizontal plane a resonator in the form of a flattened spheroid, with diameters of the main axes which are multiples of half the wavelength, and where on the upper surface along the perimeter with shift of 60 degrees there are waveguides with air-cooled magnetrons, wherein on the inner surface of the spheroid, where there are corona-forming needles, along the perimeter uniformly with shift of 45 degrees are installed through the gap annular electric gas-discharge lamps, powered by pulse-modelling high-frequency generators, at that, at the level of the large diameter of the flattened spheroid, a perforated fluoroplastic electrically driven disc with sector compartments is installed, height of which is not more than one depth of wave penetration into raw material, and above one sector of the disc, a fluoroplastic limiter is rigidly installed, where on the surface of the spheroid there is an unloading window, on which a non-ferromagnetic fine mesh is suspended, on the upper base of the spheroid there is a non-ferromagnetic loading container with a gate, and on the lower base there is a drain branch pipe — an out-of-limit waveguide with a ball valve.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of the method and to develop a new agent for thermal treatment of milled substandard secondary meat raw materials with disinfection and removal of unpleasant smell in continuous mode.
